เมื่อวันพุธ ที่ 17 พฤศจิกายน 2564 อาจารย์จากวิทยาลัยการคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต ได้แก่ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วโรดม วีระพันธ์ และผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ณัฐพงศ์ ทองเทพ ได้รับเชิญเข้าร่วมนำเสนอผลงานเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมในงาน The 3rd International Symposium on Asian AI (AI for Life during & after COVID-19) แบบออนไลน์ ซึ่งจัดโดย Asia AI Institute (AAII), Faculty of Data Science, Musashino University, Japan และ คณะวิศวกรรมศาตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ศูนย์รังสิต โดยอาจารย์ทั้งสองท่าน ได้ร่วมนำเสนอในหัวข้อ “E-Money on Campus Enhanced by Blockchain” เกี่ยวกับประเด็นความท้าทายในเรื่องของนวัตกรรมทางการเงินในบริบทของมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อช่วยเหลือนักศึกษาและผู้ปกครองในการบริหารจัดการทางการเงิน ตลอดจนการแนะนำระบบ PSU Payment System ซึ่งเป็นระบบออนไลน์สำหรับให้บริการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการศึกษา และผลงานวิจัยเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีทางการเงิน PSU Coin

Lecturers from College of Computing were invited to present the research and innovation works at the International Symposium on Asian AI

On Wednesday, November 17, 2021, two lecturers from the College of Computing, Prince of Songkla University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Warodom Werapun and Asst. Prof. Dr. Nattapong Tongtep were invited to present at The 3rd International Symposium on Asian AI (AI for Life during & after. COVID-19) organized online by Asia AI Institute (AAII), Faculty of Data Science, Musashino University, Japan and the Faculty of Engineering Thammasat University, Rangsit Center. The presentation’s topic was “E-Money on Campus Enhanced by Blockchain,” discussing the challenges of financial innovation in the context of universities to assist students and parents in managing their finances, giving an introduction of the PSU Payment System, which is an online system for providing educational fee payment services, as well as financial technology research PSU Coin.
