College of Computing, Prince of Songkla University Phuket Campus, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Aziz Nanthaamornpong, Dean of the College of Computing, Dr. Kanjana Laosen, Head of the Andaman Intelligent Tourism and Service Informatics Center (Ai-TaSI), along with Mr. Weerasak Khaminthong, Deputy Mayor of Patong Municipality and Mr. Raksak Nuchet, secretary of the mayor of Patong Municipality, Co-Signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Research and Academic Cooperation between Andaman Intelligent Tourism and Service Informatics Center and Patong Municipality at the Phra Phisitkaranee Conference Hall, 3rd Floor, Patong Municipality Office on January 11, 2022.

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Research and Academic Cooperation will enable cooperation between the two organizations to collaborate on research and knowledge dissemination, improve the capability in tourism, support information sharing, as well as provide various supporting facilities for each other appropriately.

AI-TaSI ลงนามความร่วมมือทางวิชาการกับเทศบาลเมืองป่าตอง

 วิทยาลัยการคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต นำทีมโดย ผศ.ดร.อซีส นันทอมรพงศ์ คณบดีวิทยาลัยการคอมพิวเตอร์  ดร. กาญจนา เหล่าเส็น หัวหน้าศูนย์สารสนเทศศาสตร์บริการและท่องเที่ยวอัจฉริยะอันดามัน (AI-TaSI)  พร้อมด้วยนายวีระศักดิ์ ขมิ้นทอง รองนายกเทศมนตรีเมืองป่าตอง และนายรักษ์ศักดิ์ หนูเชต เลขานุการนายกเทศมนตรีเมืองป่าตอง ร่วมลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยและวิชาการ (MOU) ระหว่างศูนย์สารสนเทศศาสตร์บริการและท่องเที่ยวอัจฉริยะอันดามัน มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต และเทศบาลเมืองป่าตอง ณ องประชุมพระพิศิษฐ์กรณีย์ ชั้น 3 สำนักงานเทศบาลเมืองป่าตอง เมื่อวันที่ 11 มกราคม 2565 ที่ผ่านมา

สำหรับบันทึกความเข้าใจความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยและวิชาการ (MOU) ในครั้งนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อความร่วมมือกันระหว่างสองหน่วยงานในการเสริมสร้างผลงานการวิจัย พัฒนาความรู้ เพิ่มขีดความสามารถในด้านการท่องเที่ยว สร้างความร่วมมือด้านบุคลากรระหว่างหน่วยงาน สนับสนุนข้อมูลและการประสานงานร่วมกัน ตลอดจนสนับสนุนสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในด้านต่าง ๆ ตามความเหมาะสม
