On October 29 – November 1, 2024, the College of Computing and Faculty of Technology and Environment from Prince of Songkla University, Phuket Campus, in collaboration with Shibaura Institute of Technology, Sojo University, and Osaka Metropolitan University, Japan, organized a short-term student exchange activity program about data science and digital technology “2024 SIT-SOJO-OMU to Visit PSU Phuket: Data Analysis and Visualization Workshop,” provided students the opportunity to learn and practice aspects of Thai traditional medicine, including making herbal inhalers and practicing traditional Thai body exercises known as Rue-Si Dat Ton. Participants also gained insights into the data analysis and data visualization techniques. The workshop included cultural visits, covering local history, and attractive tourist attractions in Phuket, Thailand.
