On March 8, 2025, the Computing Program, College of Computing, Prince of Songkla University, Phuket Campus (CoC-PSU) organized a student development activity titled “EQ Boost Up for Students: Stress Wisely.” The event was held for computing students and other interested participants to strengthen emotional resilience, motivation, and personal development.
The activity aimed to equip students with practical knowledge and techniques for emotional management and stress coping, while also fostering positive relationships and social connections among participants.
The session was honored by the presence of Dr. Viroj Trakarnvijitr, a specialist in Mind-Body Medicine, Medical Director of Nakornthon Hospital, and an accomplished author of several books on stress management and personal development, including “Mind-Body Medicine,” “Grow Your Brain with Music,” and “Stress Wisely 2.”
Dr. Viroj shared valuable insights and real-life experiences on emotional regulation techniques and positive mindset development, empowering students to effectively manage stress and enhance their motivation for both academic success and everyday life.
This activity reflects CoC-PSU’s commitment to supporting students not only academically, but also in terms of mental well-being and holistic development, which are essential skills in today’s fast-changing world.
