On March 25, 2025, the College of Computing, Prince of Songkla University (PSU), Phuket Campus, warmly welcomed a group of teachers and Grade 12 students from the MWIT (Science Classroom in University-Affiliated School) Program under the supervision of King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT). A total of 53 participants visited the campus to explore academic programs and teaching approaches.
The visit began from 10:10 to 10:40 a.m. at Room 6202, Building 6, where Ms. Wannawan Thanyalappitak, Academic Officer, delivered a welcome address. Dr. Wasimon Panichphatthanakul, Assistant Dean for Student Admissions and International Affairs, then introduced the College’s academic programs and student activities.
The program concluded with a study visit to the PSU Esports Studio, Phuket (5102A), Building 5A, from 10:40 to 11:00 a.m. Mr. Chanachai Siriphanwaraporn, Studio Manager, provided an overview of the studio’s objectives and facilities. Students also had the opportunity to experience hands-on gameplay, inspiring those interested in esports and game technology.
This academic visit provided a valuable opportunity for knowledge exchange and collaboration between institutions, paving the way for future academic and research partnerships.
