โครงการปฐมนิเทศข้าราชการใหม่ จังหวัดภูเก็ต หลักสูตร “ต้นกล้าข้าราชการ” ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 12 – 21 มกราคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมราชพฤกษ์ อาคารบ้านคุณพุ่ม ชั้น 6 โรงพยาบาลวชิระภูเก็ต
วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปลูกฝังปรัชญาการเป็นข้าราชการที่ดี เสริมสร้างสมรรถนะ ทักษะที่จำเป็นในการปฏิบัติราชการ ส่งเสริมคุณธรรม และจริยธรรมที่ดีให้กับบุคลากร สร้างการทำงานเป็นทีม และพัฒนาเครือข่ายในการทำงาน รวมถึงเป็นการสร้างสายสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สร้างการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ซึ่งกันและกัน โดยมีคณะผู้บริหารโรงพยาบาลวชิระภูเก็ต และวิทยากรจากหน่วยงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก ร่วมถ่ายทอดความรู้ในหัวข้อต่าง ๆ รวมถึงการจัดกิจกรรมกลุ่มสัมพันธ์ เพื่อเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์และความสามัคคีแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรม

Asst. Prof. Dr. Nattapong Tongtep served as a guest speaker on the topic “Government Officers and the Use of Technological Tools in the Digital Era” as part of the orientation program for newly appointed government officers in Phuket Province under the “Government Officer Seedlings” Program for Fiscal Year 2026. The lecture was held on January 19, 2026, at Ratchaphruek Conference Room, 6th Floor, Ban Khun Phum Building, Vachira Phuket Hospital, Phuket Province.
The orientation program for new government officers in Phuket Province, “Government Officer Seedlings” Program (FY 2026), was organized from January 12–21, 2026, at the Ratchaphruek Conference Room, 6th Floor, Ban Khun Phum Building, Vachira Phuket Hospital.
The program aimed to instill the philosophy of being a good government officer, enhance competencies and essential skills required for public service, promote ethics and integrity among personnel, foster teamwork, and develop professional networks. It also sought to strengthen relationships and encourage knowledge exchange among participants. The program featured contributions from the executive team of Vachira Phuket Hospital, along with speakers from both internal and external organizations, and included group activities designed to enhance experience-sharing and unity among participants.
