เมื่อวันที่ 11 มิถุนายน 2569 CoC-PSU จัดกิจกรรมนำเสนอผลการปฏิบัติงานโครงการพัฒนาตนเองของบุคลากรสายอำนวยการประจำปี โดยมีเป้าหมายในการถอดบทเรียนจากประสบการณ์จริง เพื่อขับเคลื่อนวิทยาลัยฯ สู่การเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้อย่างยั่งยืน ทั้งนี้ กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นภายใต้แนวคิด “จากผลลัพธ์หน้างาน สู่ฐานความรู้องค์กร” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรสายอำนวยการ ซึ่งเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการบริหารจัดการและสนับสนุนภารกิจการเรียนการสอน ได้นำผลการพัฒนาตนเองและการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน มาร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ซึ่งถือเป็นกลไกพื้นฐานสำคัญในการส่งเสริมและยกระดับสู่แนวปฏิบัติที่ดีเลิศ (Best Practices) เพื่อสร้างการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไปในอนาคต
CoC-PSU Hosts Support Staff Performance Presentation to Extract Lessons “From On-the-Job Results to Organizational Knowledge”
On June 11, 2026, CoC-PSU hosted its annual performance presentation for the support staff’s self-development project. The initiative aims to extract lessons learned from real-world, practical experiences to drive the college toward becoming a sustainable learning organization. Held under the theme “From On-the-Job Results to Organizational Knowledge Base,” the event was designed to provide an opportunity for support staff—who serve as a vital driving force in administration and academic support—to share and exchange knowledge gained from their self-development and workflow improvements. This collaborative effort serves as a crucial foundational mechanism to promote and elevate these outcomes into Best Practices, fostering long-term sustainable growth for the future.
