เมื่อวันที่ 8 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 ที่ผ่านมา วิทยาลัยการคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต จัดกิจกรรมบรรยายพิเศษ ในหัวข้อ “From Computational Models for Musicology to Music Models for Speech Visualization” โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก Assoc.Prof.Dr. Evgeny Pyshkin จาก มหาวิทยาลัย Aizu ประเทศญี่ปุ่น  ภายในกิจกรรม มีการแนะนำวิธีการใช้เทคโนโลยีต่าง ๆ ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อสร้างดนตรี ตรวจสอบรูปแบบของการเรียงตัวโน๊ต สิ่งที่มีอิทธิพลต่อแนวคิดการประพันธ์ดนตรี เพื่อหาความคล้ายคลึงทางดนตรี สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ ในเชิงธุรกิจ เช่น สามารถแนะนำแนวดนตรีที่น่าสนใจ หรือ ใช้ตรวจสอบการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ได้

CoC-PSU organized Special Talks:  From Computational Models for Musicology to Music Models for Speech Visualization

On February 8, 2023, College of Computing, Prince of Songkla University, Phuket Campus organized a special talk on the topic “From Computational Models for Musicology to Music Models for Speech Visualization” by Assoc.Prof.Dr. Evgeny Pyshkin from Aizu University, Japan. The talk concerns an introduction on how to use various computer technologies to create a piece of music, how to check the pattern of the note arrangement in the music to identify the musical similarity in order to apply for any business purposes such as a music genre or a playlist recommendation or copyright infringement checking.
