นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยการคอมพิวเตอร์เข้าร่วมโครงการ 2018 Sakura Exchange Science Program
ณ มหาวิทยาลัย SOJO ประเทศญี่ปุ่น

ระหว่างวันที่ 19-27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2561 ที่ผ่านมา ตัวแทนนักศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยการคอมพิวเตอร์จำนวน 6 คน พร้อมด้วย ดร.กิตย์ศิริ ข่อเจี้ยง ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการ 2018 Sakura Exchange Science Program ณ มหาวิทยาลัย SOJO ประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยมีกิจกรรมหลัก 2 กิจกรรม ได้แก่ Lego  Workshop with WeDo 2.0 โดยนักศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต จำนวน 2 ทีม ได้รับรางวัลชนะเลิศด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์พร้อมเงินรางวัล 5000 เยน และได้รับรางวัลชนะเลิศด้านการนำเสนอพร้อมเงินรางวัล 5000 เยน และกิจกรรม Internet of Thing Workshop  ซึ่งเป็นการเรียนรู้และปฏิบัติจริงทั้งด้าน hardware และ software โดยนักศึกษาสามารถสร้างแบบจำลองเพื่อใช้จริง  นอกจากการทำ Workshop  แล้ว นักศึกษายังได้เรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมของชาวญี่ปุ่น  มีการสวมใส่ชุดกิโมโน ซึ่งเป็นชุดประจำชาติของประเทศญี่ปุ่น พร้อมทั้งยังเข้าเยี่ยมชมสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวที่สำคัญ อาทิเช่น ปราสาทคุมาโมโตะ ภูเขาไฟอะโสะ (ภูเขาไฟซึ่งยังไม่ดับ) และ สวนซุยเวนจิ การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมในครั้งนี้ ถือได้ว่านักศึกษาได้ประสบการณ์ต่าง ๆ มากมาย ทั้งในด้านการเรียนรู้ การคิดวิเคราะห์ การวางแผน รวมถึงการสื่อสารและการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ ส่งผลให้นักศึกษาสามารถพัฒนาตนเองได้ดียิ่งขึ้น

2018 Sakura Exchange Science Program

During February 19-28, 2018, the 6 students from the College of Computer (CoC) together with a lecturer Dr. Kitsiri Chochiang joined the 2018 Sakura Exchange Science Program at SOJO University, Japan. The workshop consists of 2 main activities. First, Lego Workshop with WeDo 2.0 that two groups of student from Prince of Songkla University, Phuket campus won the creativity award (prize 5000 yen) and also won the presentation award (5000 yen). The other activity is the Internet of Thing Workshop where the student can learn and practice both hardware and software. The students can create a model for a real usage. In addition to the workshop, students were learning about the Japanese culture, wearing a kimono (traditional Japanese garment) and visit several major tourist attractions such as Kumamoto Castle, Mount Aso (Largest active Volcano)  and Suizenji garden. In this program, all students get their precious value in many aspects such as analytical thinking, planning, and communication skills in English which can lead to their self-improvement.
