ทีมนักวิจัย ของศูนย์สารสนเทศศาสตร์บริการและท่องเที่ยวอัจฉริยะอันดามัน (Andaman Intelligent Tourism and Service Informatics Center: AI-TaSI) ได้รับทุนสนับสนุนจำนวน 28,960,000 บาท จาก แผนงานโครงการพลิกโฉมระบบอุดมศึกษาของประเทศไทย (Reinventing University System) สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม ภายใต้ชื่อโครงการ “ดิจิทัลทวินเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวฝั่งอันดามัน” โดยนักวิจัยของศูนย์ฯ ประกอบด้วย

เป้าหมายสำคัญสำหรับโครงการนี้ คือ การพัฒนานวัตกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการท่องเที่ยวและการบริการ ได้แก่
- แพลตฟอร์มสำหรับการท่องเที่ยวตามแนวคิดดิจิทัลทวิน และคลังข้อมูลเชิงความหมายขนาดใหญ่
- ระบบการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนแบบดิจิทัล
- ระบบการจัดการและบริหารเพื่อช่วยวางแผนทิศทาง และนโยบายด้านการท่องเที่ยว
- ระบบบริหารจัดการข้อร้องเรียนและความคิดเห็นด้านการท่องเที่ยวด้วยเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์
โครงการวิจัยนี้ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการพลิกโฉมระบบอุดมศึกษาของประเทศไทย (Reinventing University System) โดยมุ่งเน้นพัฒนาความรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ มนุษยศาสตร์ และสังคมศาสตร์ที่จำเป็นในการสร้างโอกาสให้คนไทยเป็นเจ้าของเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของประเทศ เสริมสร้างนวัตกรรมสำหรับเศรษฐกิจฐานรากและชุมชนนวัตกรรม ตลอดจนช่วยพัฒนาคุณภาพของชีวิตของคนในเมืองและเชื่อมโยงความเจริญสู่ชนบท
AI-TaSI researchers have been awarded 28,960,000 baht for the research fund
The researchers of Andaman Intelligent Tourism and Service Informatics Center (AI-TaSI) received 28,960,000 baht for the research fund from the Reinventing University System Project by Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, under the project title “Digital Twin for Andaman Tourism”. The researchers are:

The objective of this project is to develop innovations related to tourism and hospitality as follows:
- Digital twin platform for tourism and semantic big data
- Digital community tourism management system
- Management and administration system for tourism policy and planning
- Tourism complaints and opinions management system using artificial intelligence technology
This research project is a part of the Reinventing University System, which focuses on developing the knowledge in science, humanities, and social sciences which is necessary for creating opportunities for Thai people to own technology and innovations that meet the needs of the country, foster innovation for the fundamental economy and innovative community, as well as improving the quality of life for the urban people and link prosperity to the countryside.
